Corporate Brand Ambassador Training

This will be a 2-part (2 x 90 minute) session to create effective long-term brand ambassadors.

It will empower your employees to:

• Be prepared and engage candidates that approach your booth.
• Reduce awkward interactions between prospects.
• Increase confidence in their delivery of your corporate vision and values.
• Enable them to enthusiastically share your corporate story.
• Confidently share their personal story with your organization

Our goals with doing this are to:

• Support you in creating brand ambassadors who are enthusiastic and proactively wanting to engage with the public whenever you have an event booth that needs to be manned.
• Enable you to effectively qualify candidates and to transition them from just an applicant to a prospective hire.
• Reduce employee turnover by engaging candidates that are in alignment with your corporate vision and values.

Step 1 – Understand your current pitch and how it’s being delivered.

Step 2 – Finding your voice from your corporate story

Step 3 – Shifting from just delivering content to telling your corporate story

This training package is $750.00 and for 2 employees.
